back in 2017 I ordered a car turntable from Curturner, Inc for my house that was under construction. The final installation of the turntable happened at the end of September 2019. The company installers were unable to get the unit to operate. They came back in October 2019 and attempted to get the unit running. Unfortunately they were not successful in this unit has never worked. Now this is problematic because I'm using the garage and I need this turntable to work. this was a $28,000 purchase plus the labor to install this into my cement floor which was very expensive.
I have made numerous contacts to the owner Bill Schweanker over the months to get them out here and fixed the unit. I have had no success in getting their attention. Furthermore every time I speak to Bill it seems like he forgets that we spoke before. He also blames his employees for not following up in getting the work done.
