I was recently referred to Cartronics by a car dealership in Brentwood because I seemed to have a problem that nobody could resolve. (Someone broke the plugin on the DVD headphone in the connector.) I had already brought my car to several places without any results. Yesterday I brought my car into Cartronics in Cool Springs. Jerry the product specialist and David the technician told me my alternatives and I was thinking I would need to send the DVD in to be fixed or buy a new DVD. But David and Jerry fixed the problem for under a $100.00. I highly recommend Cartronics. Thank you so much.
