Yes, we do have Ms ***' records on our POS She came in in a surly mood that day advising me that our competitors are "cheaper." I mentioned that she has an old printer and not likely to find her cartridges elsewhere She wanted refills As it is a used product, there are
some steps that one must take to make them work well Our customers base is primarily businesses that appreciate information and service It seems that she doesn't want our assistance to enable our cartridges to function Many times customers come back because they've found them "cheaper" somewhere else or have purchased a new printer On our POS, it outlines our policies so that it is clear what we can do for them Our policies are the same as the businesses around us ***, *** ***, *** ***, *** to name a few
We offer store credit and assistance to help them with their issue As far as changing the 100% satisfaction, our corporate office has put that on their website By the way, she also contacted corporate.....she was difficult with them so they advised her that they also couldn't help her Cartridge World is a successful company and our business customers are awesome We do serve the non-businesses people and try to work with them We find that our retail customers sometimes lack integrity.
In addition to this, she posted disparaging information about our business on my facebook I would ask that she remove her comment Also, businesses owners appreciate it if our customer gave us their correct name
