Review: I placed a order with Carters Air Cooled VW parts on March 29th, Online. They were prompt to receive my payment. on March the 31st, I received a Email explaining they didn't have all the parts to ship my order complete, and would ship out in a few days. Since then I have sent five Emails, called several times, and sent txt message, trying to get a update on my order. They have not replied to any of my Emails, No reply to my txt, and when calling I get a message - Not accepting calls at this time.Desired Settlement: I have paid the amount of $262.00 with a [redacted] gift card . I have also contacted the [redacted] Gift Card company, filled out a Dispute form the card company has sent to me, and faxing back to them trying to seek reimbursement.
Review: I ordered two parts from this company and have never received them. I have been told that they were shipped but I have never seen them. I ask the company to refund my money, thru PAYPAL, but they haven't. This has been as issue since November 24, 2014.Desired Settlement: $136.00 refunded to my wifes PAYPAL account

Review: Placed an order in December of 2014. My credit card was charged immediately with no shipment of the order. The return policy states that there is only a 30 day refund policy on orders, but the problem with that is they don't ship any merchandise within a 30 day window. I received a partial shipment in January 2015, and another partial shipment of the order in February. I notified the vendor that I was still missing parts. They responded with a text that they would have the items drop shipped by the manufacturer. That conversation happened in February. I have sent multiple texts, emails and made several phone calls with absolutely no response. The vendor never answers the phone, when I try to get them by text or leave a voice message, a message center saying they are not accepting messages is played. I have requested the missing parts, or a refund for the parts that I did not receive.
My order number is [redacted] and I am missing the following items out of the kit: 4 pistons, 4 cylinders, 4 wrist pins and piston rings.
The items I orders were all in a kit price. There has been no itemized sales slips, no packing slips, nothing but an email or a text with shipment information. I have even gotten shipment information telling me my packages shipped but no tracking numbers.Desired Settlement: At this point, a refund would be better, I have had to repurchase the items from another source, at the very least I would like the items that I paid for but now I need a refund. I purchased the items for $307 and I am looking for that refund amount.
Review: I was on the web looking for parts for my vw bug came accross Carters AirCooled. I placed an order with them on line March 6 I was waiting on my part to come in it nevered showed up. March 19 I had my father-in-law email them for me since I dont have email. [redacted] replyed that my part was scheduled to ship out first of the week which would be March 23. My father-in-law emailed them March 27 they did not reply back to him. My father-in-law emailed them again April 1 [redacted] replyed that they were out of stock on the item. April 3 I asked my father-in-law to try and get in touch with them for me to try and at least get a refund and they will not respond to our emails and the phone numbers that they have on their web site does not work. All I want is my money back. this company took my money for their product that they didnt even have and all I want is what I paid for. We have asked [redacted] to call us to try and this resolved and they will not even return a call. We have all the emails from us and them if you need the emailsDesired Settlement: I would like to have a complete refund of the part and the shipping charges
