In 2011, we purchased replacement windows for our entire house from Survivor II Windows In I contacted them about our two pictures windows that were getting a weird film inside Your company said that they were manufactured incorrectly You send new glass along with an installer and replaced both of these windows We were thrilled with the customer service Shortly after these were replaced in October of I contacted Survivor II about other windows that had the same issue The company complied with the warranty and sent us replacement glass for the panes but we would have to pay someone to install them Since then, all but two of the remaining windows have developed the same issue Survivor will only send the glass no installer If the company created defective windows and acknowledged this with the first replacement and installation, have they not set precedence and should continue to replace all of the defective glass?
