We just received a complaint letter today with and ID of [redacted] I wanted to email and let you know how this issue was resolved [redacted] Stanton, Tx Regarding Ms [redacted] ’s issue with her internet service with Wes Tex Telecom: Our company did send a technician to her house a couple of times as her internet speed was going up and downWe did go out over the weekend and when the service tech checked her internet it was working, however Ms [redacted] called back and we then discovered there was an issue with an amp in our equipment starting to go outThis was causing the issues of the up and down speedsThe equipment was replaced on Monday 6/20/and the problem was resolvedThank you for the opportunity to respond
