I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory as long as there are grommet sent and it works when replacing the grommets in both books. Since we are doing this on our end, we need to be sure fix works. Please ask Pantone to send tracking for the replacement grommets being sent
