Hi there, I read the response the shop owner gaveI just wanted to note that what he put was incorrect, Carstar corporate is replacing the windshield, but [redacted] did not offer to help in anyway, shape or formI have attached the voicemail he left me in which he states towards the end “I have no intention on putting a windshield in for you.”Once Carstar corporate follows through and the windshield replacement is done, I will respond to the official response from ***, but I don’t agree with what he is saying, because it is just not true and I have a voicemail to prove that
