CARSTAR Edmonton Gateway

My vehicle was taken into Carstars Edmonton end of September from a motor vehicle accident, which resulted in the entire front end of my vehicle needing repair. They repaired the front of my vehicle and on the day I go to pick it up I find some repair issues and they were suppose to call me back for a rebook to get these done. I have left a couple messages and no return call as of this point. They put nicks in my paint and was suppose to have them buffed out, my tail gate was repaired by them a few months before that from a vandalism claim and it does not lock properly, the lift does not go up like it should, and my heat/ac unit does not blow out heat/AC consistently and that was working perfectly before my accident occurred.

I brought my car in due to someone hitting the rear bumper of my car. tails lights shattered and of course, the bumper was a mess as well. my insurance gave me a list of places to go to and chose Carstar because it was close to my work. staff were very accommodating and response is quick! the place itself is neat and tidy. my car was finished 2 days prior to the expected date which was a major bonus points to the autobody refinishers! I will definitely recommend going to Carstar for any car issues.
