I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with getting a refund for overpayment on your account. I researched the issue, and discovered that a refund was attempted last year, but there was an electronic transmission error to the vendor that...
we were not aware of.
I personally refunded your card yesterday, and verified the vendor received the information. I will look into this error to prevent it from happening in the future, and I apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/03/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I just looked into my accounts and see no received money.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2016/04/11) */
I have been in contact with a customer service representative and she says she is trying to track down where their refund has gone and that upon speaking with the bank she has been told it may take a month to show up in my account. She says she it is in the banks hands now. I am not sure why they don't just issue me a check so I can cash it and be done.

I brought my children in for a 100% covered preventative well visit over a year ago. They did not code the billing correctly and I was charged. I paid the first two bills not thinking about the 100% coverage. I was then billed a different amount for one of my children (should have all been billed the same). I requested they re bill everything correctly and refund my other two payments of $48.78. I myself owed them $48.78 for a tetanus shot. I didn't want to pay until they resolved their other billing errors. Over several months they dodged me at first admitting they needed to re bill and refund my money. They never did this and after a while I stopped getting bills. Thinking this was resolved I called about my refund and found they moved money around and cleared my owed money with one of my refunds. Fine. Then I asked for my other 48.78 and now they are blaming the insurance company saying they wouldn't pay it all and they owe me nothing. I feel they have given me the run around to frustrate and confuse me out of my refund. At this point it seems all my efforts have evaporated and they are playing dumb.Product_Or_Service: Well checkDesired SettlementI would like them to finally (after nearly a year) just give me my refund of $48.78 and then leave me alone. I have chosen to work with another insurance and another health care provider. I have had no problems with the new arrangement.
