I am being billed for a service which I cancelled for non performance I signed up for a day specialI received not even one inquiry from their website during that periodI did not sign anything stating I would be billed for additional monthsThey emailed me on day and asked me what changes I would like to make to the siteI stated that I would simply like to cancel the service as I had not received ANY inquiries at allI was informed that my account would be closed, but since I had not cancelled the account on or before day that I would owe $ [redacted] for another monthI asked to see a copy of the agreement and they could not provide one to meI had an email war with them and explained that I would not pay for another month especially since I had zero response from the original postingsI feel it is absolutely unethical to charge me for an additional month!
Misrepresentation of services Our business was approached by a sales representative from Carsforsale.com back in [redacted] who told us they would build us a website and register the .net domain name for us, we own and they manage, and we dont have to do anything and that they would set it all up for us yet we are the owners of the website, logos, and the domain name We used their services on and off until approx [redacted] where we canceled their service On [redacted] , we contacted our carsforsale.com representative about transferring out the domain name we own into our control The sales rep claimed we don't own it and it is the ownership of carsforsale.com and was very rude This is not true, we agreed for them to register our .net domain name under our ownership but under their management for usWe got an email from the sales rep stating carsforsale.com is not in the business of buying and selling domain names and to contact the domains department for a transfer request

Problem with Product/Service
I was scammed after finding a vehicle on carsforsale.com and now it's being re-advertised again on their website
Early ***, I found a *** online whilst browsing thru carsforsale.comI enquired about this vehicle thru your website and the the seller contacted me a week later where an agreement was made for purchasing & transportation of said vehiclePayment of $***USD was made and after sending the money, I found out it as a SCAM!!
This is the second complaint being made against your company regarding being scammed for a vehicle purchased
They charged our credit card for a 2nd charge after we called in and canceled before the trialI called to get refund and they declined
