Cars on Credit

a vehicle from Cars on Credit, they do not allow you to test drive it before signing a contract, the first day I had this vehicle I wasn't informed that I could return it, I had to bring it back to the place to get it fixed, tried, over and over to fix it and it has the same issues, on top of this I am paying over what the car is worth, now what is my solution to this mess

Be careful I got financed on a car, *** *** *** Turbo The dealer I bought it from ignored me until my day warentee was up Sold me a car and told me it would have a new MVI sticker on it He miss represented the Mileage, Interest rate and condition of the vehicle I told Cars on Credit about this and they said they would refund the vehicle to the dealer as the repairs was more than the car was worth They never didThen they told me they would pay for the towing and all the repairs themselves They never did When they say they will call back in two hours be prepared to call back to them weeks later because they wont call back My car was drivable for the first months Ive had it now for months and its been stuck in Ontario (provinces away) I have been paying close to $every month for a vehicle that has been able to drive for months and today they tell me there is nothing they can do!! I definitely would NOT get a loan from this company as well as *** because they will take your money but give no protection and seem to support *** used car dealers and not their own customers with financing Now Im stuck with a car with 1/years of $payments that is not driveable and stuck in Ontario!!
