Nick from the business contacted Revdex.com regarding this case. The customer purchased this vehicle and financed through the business at the time of purchase. The customer called the business and said there was an issue with the mechanics of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought to the shop to be repaired and at that time there was a small damage to the body for the vehicle at that time. The customer’s claim that damage was done by the business while at the shop is not accurate. The cost of repairs once the customer made that claim was $[redacted] for mechanical and slight body repair. The customer paid $[redacted] for the mechanical issues that were repaired but wanted the business to pay him for the body damage so he could have it repaired elsewhere. The business is willing to repair the body damage, even though there is no proof the damage was caused at the shop but the customer has to finish paying the $[redacted] bill due. The business is not willing to provide a sum of money to the customer to have work done by another business.

Cars for Grab Being only a used car dealer. We take our vehicles to a 3rd party location for inspections. [redacted]( located at [redacted]) passed the[redacted] with no problems. So the vehicle went up for sale. When [redacted] came in for a test drive he had no complaints about the vehicle. We offered him to take the vehicle to any mechanic for a pre purchase inspection several times, as offered to all customers. On the day of purchase there was a agreement of payment That [redacted] would pay $2,500 and take the vehicle with him and pay $1,149 in 30 days. When the 30 days were up and after several unanswered phone calls to [redacted] about the remaining balance on the [redacted], [redacted] lawyer called us about the problem regarding the inspection. He was asked to have [redacted] come in and talk to a manager and in doing so they had agreed that Cars For Grab LLC would Pay [redacted] $400 toward any expenses or repairs for the vehicle and it was all settled before he left. attached please find the old and new bill of sale showing the $400 deduction.

Review: I purchase a [redacted] from this business with a Virginia state inspection and was assured it had passed when I took it for a re inspection with 2 virginia state officers present it failed horribly ...the drive shaft to the sar needed to be to be replaced and was deemed unsafe to drive ....and have had the car parked for many weeks whike this part which is hard to find ws ordered the cost of this repair and other work that was needed to pass cost me $1850.00 ...they of course have dumped the blame back on [redacted] who does there inspections for them and say they have nothing to do with the fact the car failed when re inspected ? they hired Fsa and they sold me the car with the inspection sticker in the window ? this has been an awful experience for my entire family all threw the holidays ....Desired Settlement: I think that between cars for grabs and fsa muffler they should pay the cost of these repairs $1850.00 since that is what it cost me to make the car safe ...
