We have been in contact with the customer, have received their vehicle and are currently attempting to make repairs to the vehicleWe have kept them apprised of our efforts and will work towards a good solution with them
While we are truly sorry that the *** family has had a difficult time with this vehicle We don't have a crystal ball to predict which vehicles will break down and how oftenEven though we were under no legal obligation to do anything, we stepped in to pay over $in goodwill repairs
to an independent shop, in our attempt to get this vehicle up and running which it did for some time and miles.On the other hand, the *** family has an unpaid balance of $for their part of the repairs that we covered in addition to the $in goodwill repairs that we agreed to payWe understand they don't feel obligated to pay this, but they did sign a note saying they would pay $per month for their part of these repairs and have not made a single paymentWe are truly sorry for their problems with this vehicle and feel that we have stepped up considerably to assist them; however, we are not going to buy the vehicle backWe wish them the best in the future and hope they are able to trade the vehicle in or get it repaired to their satisfaction

This is the second time we have contacted Revdex.com for this company!! They sold us a car that has been a problem since day one!! We have had our expedition for a year in June and it has been in our hands less than months straight! it has given us so much problems its one this after another with this truck!! I have a special needs son who has had to miss appointments and therapy due to this vehicle! We have put so much money, Time and so much more into this car! I really need help with this and am not sure what to do!
