Cars sold a product under the auspices that it had been well maintained, was safe, and was minimally worth the price for the product sold Using my right and protections, I purchased a two-day cancellation of contract in order to verify Car purchased 2/19, delivery date initially delayed to 2/by the dealership for "slight repairs", second time delayed to 2/when vehicle was delivered I demanded a re-draft of contract for cancellation date of 2/26) Cars clearly attempted to delay the delivery of the vehicle in order for the contract to expire I required them to sign a new contract and extend the date After bringing the vehicle to a certified mechanic, I was informed that the vehicle had never had a basic tuin the lifetime of the car, and that at highway speeds the the car was dangerous due a combination of engine and computer issues Exercising my right to terminate the contract, I returned the car, having half of my purchase refunded via a debit card, and C
I paid off my car almost a year early on my purchase contractThe bank informed me that I was owed a refund for purchased insurances on the car
I have paid off my loan almost a year early, and received a letter from Wells Fargo Dealer Services, that I'd be owed a refund for any special insurances purchased with the loanI purchased GAP insurance I have called, and visited with *** and ***I was told this matter would be taken care of That the policy would be cancelled, and I'd be issued the refund That was well over a month and a half ago I've called every week for an update since, and still the matter is ignored
