I bought my vehicle from Cars 4 Grab in February of 2019. He had explained to me that there was issues with the car that he would fix before selling it to me. I agreed until one of the issues became an important matter the heat would not work. Following the heat/ ac not working the engine light came. When I took it to a mechanic to get it tested there was not a code forming therefore the car was rigged. After not being able to figure out why the engine light was on the electric throttle light had came on, which made my vehicle not start. There were multiple occasions where my car would not start or would shut off in the middle of the road. Eventually the car stopped in the middle of a highway and would not start again. Not to mention two months after I was making my payments, I had to repair the radiator.

Cars 4 Grab is a new business in Winchester Virginia since October 2019. Our mission is to provide our customers with quality used vehicles and exceptional customer service.
The person who filed the complaint did buy a car from us last year on February 21st, 2019, and we did promise to help her fix a component that was hanging loose. We used a third-party mechanic shop; *** in Winchester VA. You can call *** to confirm . *** confirmed to me that they replaced the blend door actuator and told the customer to come back to help her with other issues but never showed up or called.
Few weeks after the purchase, the customer made a complaint about the brakes. I sent her to a next door mechanic shop and the mechanic changed her brakes and caliber. She was supposed to pay but we ended up paying for it.
She never mentioned anything to me about a check engine light. However, one time she mentioned her uncle fixed something that *** were supposed to fix. I don't remember what it was. Please understand that our dealership sold this customer the car As Is without any dealer warranty. Everything we did for the customer was out of courtesy and to make sure we did all we can to help. We also provided her with in house financing with 0% interest rate. She was making her payments up to
December 2019, then she stopped. We called and texted her almost weekly without any response... One time she responded, and she said she would come in few days to pay but she never showed up. We explained to her through text messages if she didn't make any payment, we would take action against her i.e. repossess the vehicle and file a civil complaint with the district court.
I believe that she filed this complaint because she didn't want to make any more payments. She used the car for a year and now she is requesting a refund. It is unheard of. Please explain to her that she must make her payments to satisfy her note otherwise or we will take action against her.
