I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I don't quite believe the excuse that it took a month for the business to receive the inquiry from Revdex.com. In part because just a few days after submitting my complaint I got the first call back.

get it to work and it took much longer than expected. I work full-time during the day and have limited times for working on clocks and making calls. I should have returned his calls and again apologize I did not. I value my customers and will communicate better in the future with them. I believe everything is resolved since I have returned the clock.
