I received this complaint and it is 100% unwarrantedThese remarks are exaggeratedHe did contact us times but of those times were on the same dayOur phone was listed on our website, it is listed on his online credit card statement for our charge & is even listed on the Revdex.com site which
he could have called before making this complaintI replied to his emails and got a bounce back message stating his email was not valid at ***.comI find it ridiculous he implies we are scamming not only him but others and using our reviews as proof? If he did real research on us he would know that we have been in business for years nowOur reviews he was looking at on *** shopping are out stars and our phone number is listed on his credit card statement and on the Revdex.com website itselfThe last thing is if he read the terms & conditions when checking out OR on our contact us page before emailing us he would have saw our big notice that orders and email replies will be delayed due to the high volume of orders we receive this time of yearJudging by the emails in one day he did not understand that.For his order it did ship via *** tracking of *** delivered on the 20th so he received his item.Travis

I am rejecting this response because:I believe that if the post office lost this item that the sender should be notified, However since “you didn’t know” the very least this “company” could do is apologize! Like I said zero customer service skills and I believe all the complaints against them and their ratings with the Revdex.com proves my point!

Hello,I apologize about the item selling outWe order these factory direct and they sold out so we had to cancel the orderI see we responded to you about this issues however when placing an order a temporary hold is put on your credit card to make sure you have enough funds to cover the order
Since we cancelled your order we reversed that temporary holdOther than doing that we cannot do anything to speed up the release of that temporary holdNote no charge will post to your credit card and no credit will post eitherWhat will happens is that hold will just come off and disappearIt can take anywhere from a few days after we reverse it to a week or

Placed order on 08/19 and received confirmation email that day. Clicked order status button only to learn that no tracking number would be provided. Emailed company on 08/21 and received reply that I would get that day. On 08/23 sent two additional requests for a tracking number - no reply. SCAM!

I am having a similar experience with Carroll's Sports Cove LLC. I made a purchase on 12/06/18, and received a confirmation email. After 3 days, I sent an email to the company inquiring if I would receive a tracking number. When I heard nothing by middle of the following week, there was a caveat that orders may take longer unless the items purchased say otherwise. Each of the 12 items purchased indicated they were in stock and would be shipped in 1-2 business days.
As of 12/14/18, I have not heard from the company, received no indication that my order has been placed or if and when it will be sent. This is not a good way to do business.

I am rejecting this response because:The sale they are now stating happened after they shipped the item is completely false now they are trying to back peddle because they put an item on sale which they did not have and was on back order . The order was placed Dec 17 when I checked their website the following week they item was still on back order and $30 less I sent an email that they never responded to . They expect to get a good review when they do poor business practices horrible customer service had to send 3 emails before they decided to respond came thoughI sent an email regarding this matter that was never responded to I then sent another that was not on the 3rd attempt it was made clear that they would not do any kind of refund and ignored the response then typed another email that stated I would have to file a complaint due to the bad business. They are simply back peddling now when it is fact they had the item on back order while then running a sale on it.Facts are simple1:ordered on the 17th 2: sale went on after the 17th while item was still on back order thus why I tried to communicate with them3: communication was sent to them about it that an automated response came back and said they were closed and would get back to me and never did.4: When communication was made they then refused to refund the $30 even though they were given proof of dates item was on back order and when sale took place.5: After refusal I stated I would not have a choice but to file a complaint due to the bad business they had shown me.Regards,

The resolution is okay but their response is not correct. They never contacted me to let me know the item was out of stock nor did there email address work when I tried to send them one. But since they cancelled my order and gave me a refund I done with them.

Since we cancelled, we reversed the charges and it will fall off and not post. It just takes a few days to go through...
the banks to come off but it will not permanently post. We order the item you ordered factory direct due to the size. They were showing in stock but had no inventory left so we had to cancel. That is when we reversed that temporary hold on your account. unfortunately that hold takes a few days to go back to your card. once again I apologize for any frustration or confusion.
Customer placed an order before Christmas and their item was temporarily on backorder. Their item came in and shipped about 10 days later. We ran an after Christmas sale that they saw after their order shipped. They requested that we give them that sale price and threatened a complaint to the Better...
Business Bureau if we did not give them the sale price.I don't appreciate threats of bad reviews on my small business like this if we do not give customers their desired discounts. Normally I would have worked something out but will never with customers who make threats of defaming my business unless I give them what they want. Now our Revdex.com rating will be affected over this.Below is what I explained to my customer via emailWith all due respect, this is feeling like blackmail. You ordered it for a certain price, we ran a sale days after you ordered and then you want that price. If we did it for you then we would have to do it for everyone who ordered anything that we ran a sale on. We run sales at specific times and sometimes pay extra to market that sale to certain group shoppers whether we are targeting a certain website of shoppers or many other groups of people. Unfortunately you did not order at the time of that sale. Sometimes we would either give you the sale price or work something out but when my first contact is pretty much an ultimatum that is "give us the what I want or we will defame your company"... I don't help with that......
Hello, I received this complaint and disagree with most of the claim. When the order was placed we were showing one tire cover left in stock and that is why the customer was charged. However when we realized it was in fact out of stock we contacted the customer with options and received no reply....
The customer claims they tried to reach us by email but we have no emails in our system at all. I searched for 20 minutes under their name, email, order:# and nothing came up. Our phone number was temporarily down due to a phone issue and our contact us page has other means of contacting us during that time. I email her again after I received this complaint and came to the settlement of a refund. I have cancelled their order and credited them per their request now.Travis

to charge that account for a backorder like a credit card. I looked through our email system and do not see any emails from your name or email address. We would NEVER tell you that you cannot cancel an order unless the order shipped and in that case we would let you return it. We have had the order here on backorder with no cancellation request. I am rejecting this response because:I guess I am just used to businesses actually providing the good or service they have accepted an order for rather than cancelling the order and saying they don't offer the product at a later date. You can put all the disclaimers you want on your website about how you can advertise products that you don't actually offer, that doesn't make it a good business practice. I will join the numerous other people on this site and stay away from this so-called business in the future. Hopefully at some point they are shut down for advertising products that they can't deliver. I'm pretty sure that's called false advertising.Regards,
