Original complaint of this company done in August and things were resolved that this company would come out October to repair the damaged drivewayThat date came and went then we contacted the senior member of this company October by text message and sent him pictures of some of the damage which he stated he would be back in Albuquerque area in about three weeks to come check out the damaged drivewayEnd of October has come and gone with no more correspondence from this company and it has been another month gone by (November 2017)This company never gave us a copy of the contract and requested we pay them by name of person instead of company name.Verbal Update:We would like a refund instead of work they promised to do

We talked to costumer and we will try to resolve by 10/01/thank you
