I am rejecting this response because:
It is simply untrue that I was told I would be paying anything but the $deductible.
I was told that I was responsible for the $deductible
both via phone call ( Ana) and when I arrived for my injectionAs you will see from my letter dated May 11th, I encountered numerous problems at the surgery center and the Santa Maria office. I also spoke with Larissa regarding the billing/charges and she was well aware of the dispute.
A letter was also sent to Carrilo Surgery in November of detailing the representation the Carrilio Surgery staff provided to me. I did not receive any phone calls or billings after the November letter
Ms*** ***'s letter dated May 5, is untrue. She states she left me multiple messages and sent me statements. I have never received any messages or received bills from MsSaelee. She is making threats also saying I can have a $23,bill and I have no idea what this is about and why she is threatening me after two years from my last correspondence November of 2012.

Review: I had a procedure done at the Carrillo Surgery Center in early 2012. I was told that my only cost was the $200 deductible which I paid the morning of the surgery. In May, 2012 I sent a letter complaining about the doctor who left me sitting in the office and the rude office staff. In approximately June 2012 I received a notice that I owed $1100 followed by a billing statement in November, 2012 that I now owed $2050. I sent a letter objecting to this advising the $200 previously I paid was all I owed, and that was paid. I have received sporadic billing statements since all alleging an outstanding balance of $2050. On or about May 5, 2014 I received a certified letter advising me I owed $2050, that I had 10 days to pay and if payment was not made I would be turned over to a collection agency stating the balance owed was $23,672.06. I consider this extortion. There is no money owed on the account and to threaten me with collection action for an amount that exceeds any billing statement ever sent is wrong, and illegal.Desired Settlement: I want the "threats" to stop and for them to acknowledge I paid what I was told to pay and no further balance was due.
