Thank you for taking the time to talk to me on Wednesday, as I mentioned we did not receive the first notice, but I understand that the Post Office did return the letter to your office...
undeliverable.
On February 2, 2016, Mr. [redacted] did report to the office a work order. On February 9, 2016, Mr. [redacted] had brought to my attention, that his work order was still outstanding. I spoke with our Maintenance Supervisor and he immediately sent one of our Maintenance Technicians to complete the work order.
