Carriage House Printery

I ordered custom fabric from Carriage House Prinery (CHP) on 15 january 2020. The product received was nothing like it was described/depicted on the website. The descriptions and photos on the website show rich, saturated, dark and vibrant colors. The fabric is washed out, the color is not vibrant or saturated as it appears on their website, and there is no disclaimer explaining the variation between what you see vs. what the product looks like once received. It not only looks terrible, but the quality it awful.This fabric was printed to turn into clothing, but I couldn't imagine this as a garment. It is itchy and feels like sandpaper. I contacted customer service in regards to me issues. I was told that the way that due to the way that they print, they're fabric has a "matte" finish. If black is "matte" that doesn't make it grey. The shop did not wish to make any sort of resolution, to include offering to reprint.
I also have a small business. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve this, which is lost hours for my business and lost hours away from my family. I spent and entire day just reaching out to customers in an attempt to resolve their orders as best I could. I am out 25 yards of fabric = $450. I have over $600 in cancelled orders, and lost future customers due to this. I have to reorder fabric from another supplier to cover the orders that I still have to fulfill. This is a huge hit on a one-man small shop such as mine.
