poor communication once you sign on the line. sales pitch great but all lies. I was left with damaged soffets that no one noticed?? trash left in yard, nails all over. I trusted this company at first, even paying in full prior to job being completed. stupid mistake. had to cancel my check so I could get someone back to do job right and pick up the mess left in my front yard. I had to send pictures of damage done. they could not even see for themselves. after paying 11,000.00 I would expect better treatment. . mistrusted them when I was hit with another 133.00 work permit that was tagged on after final payment . I checked with borough and was told 124.00 was paid by Carranza. I received a NASTY MESSAGE from Mr Carranza's wife telling me I am a rude person and she is tried of dealing with me.. I am "rediculus and ignorant ". she had a problem with me requesting copy of the amount paid for work permit that I am responsible for. horrible experance
