Chris was very easy to deal with, straightforward and not pushy at all. He happily accommodated our request for two test drives. Negotiation was simple and quick, and he even is helping out with an issue with the vehicle after the sale - we're very impressed and pleased. If he has a car you like, you couldn't find a better person to deal with - BUY IT! :)

make assumptions 1000 kms later on the vehicle[redacted] Not sure how many cars you have bought used in the past but spark plugs, cabin filter, and serpentine belt at the time of your purchase were absolutely fine and did not need replacement. The bulb if it would have been burned out when you bought the car it would have flashed real fast and both of us know that was not the case as you test drove the car and it was 100% fine when you signaled. About the batterie if you recall the mechanic did say that the batterie was week but charging if car was being driven and that is because the vehicle was sitting on the lot for over three months with out being driven and I also told you that if you needed a baterie I would be more than happy to change it for you at that time if you would of come back to see us. Usually when people buy a USED vehicle they do their do diligence in making sure that the spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter are change as no dealer would just change spark plugs if the car does not need it at the time of sale. Again with that being said again I want to make sure that you understand that when you bought that car from us the only questionable thing was the batterie and I was upfront with you about that and offered you replacement if the one you had did not charge back up as per specks. In 1000 kms a lot of things can go wrong with a used vehicle.....[redacted] All you complains on this particular vehicle is maintenance that any used car will require to be done at some point by the purchaser unless you would buy a new car and would come with a complete full warranty on it but this was not the case and even a new car if being driven hard warranty would be voided. [redacted]..As far as your request for $850 back to you will not happen as i'm not at fault for anything except maybe the batteri witch i'm more than happy to replace for you .[redacted] Again i'm sorry you had to do regular maintance on your used vehicle 1000 kms later but that is the way people should take care of their USED vehicle. I hope you have done an oil change on the car as well as it might need it .....Part of maintaining your car.

I recently bought a car from Carpoint. It was only 4000$ but to a fifteen year old that was a lot of money. I saw the Revdex.com sign on the front door and trusted the place. I went ahead and bought the car without my dad signing. [redacted] He was nice and gave me a warranty. Then the engine went in 3 months and 2 weeks. The car only had 3000km on it. And the warranty said, 3 months or 5000km. I got the warranty inspected to see if it was valid, and because there was no comma it still was. I called him and went in and he treated me as a 5 year old. [redacted] DONT BUY A CAR THERE!!! Honestly I am regretting it ever since. I would go back on that decision any day. AND if you don't believe me, email me at, [redacted] . There was also way more problems with the car. I might sound like a dick myself but I'm looking out for the greater good. Buy privately and you don't get a warranty, buy a car from this place and get a warranty without the service. Do not make the mistake I did. I hope this helps with your choice on where you want to buy a car.
