The owner, Shannon, will come to your house and sell a wonderful story about how great they are but don't fall for it! I was guaranteed two different dates for installation and finally after not hearing from them a second time I had to drive to the business to find out when they were comingI guess they think I have an endless supply of vacation days to waste waiting for them to come when they said they wouldAt the store the secretary literally told me "I can't tell you within two years when your carpet will be installed"Seriously??? I called the owner and he avoided my call and messageAfter calling until he finally answered he said I'll look into it and call you by noon tomorrowGuess who didn't call by noon the next day!! What a joke! I went to carpets plus the next day and was treated great! They installed carpet the day they said they would and it looks great!!
Save yourself some time and avoid this buisness! All carpet companies sell the same carpets so your paying for customer service which this company stinks at!!!
