I haven been doing business with Carpet Wiser for over years Their performance has not missed a beat I am a landlord of years and I have hired many carpet cleaners before and I know what works They are the cheapest for the quality When I do my cost/benefit analysis, for every dollar spent they save me three Bottom line is they save me from doing carpet replacements and the carpet is restored to near new condition and that can be nearly impossible to do since renters normally do not care about keeping their carpet cleaned, vacuumed, and unstained In my business you have to use your brain The cheapest carpet cleaners do not give you good ROI and often have subpar methods and equipment You get what you pay for and for me it make sense to pay for the best

When I do my cost/benefit analysis, for every dollar spent they save me three. Bottom line is they save me from doing carpet replacements and the carpet is restored to near new condition and that can be nearly impossible to do since renters normally do not care about keeping their carpet cleaned, vacuumed, and unstained. After speaking with the owner and agreeing to a price over the phone, he agreed to charge us less money for his services, in comparation of his competitor.
The day of the appointment he make a adjustment of his price base on the size of the house of $200. Reason? Special services need it to complete the right way the cleaning of the carpets. According to him he did previously places around this area ( town homes) and he charge 325 or less. He decides to charge us $116 for the stairs and stain remover $84, so if he did this before around this area why the adjustments later. It did not make sense.
