[redacted] was offered mediation with the Revdex.com, and she declined During the initial installation, [redacted] asked Carpet Wise to facilitate adding another room with her insurance company We completed 90% of the job waiting on insurance approval to continue A date was set by [redacted] for us to finish the job In the interim, [redacted] decided she wanted her money back and barred us from returning to her home to finish the job We have not been allowed in to even validate some of her other claims We are willing to go to mediation with [redacted] , with the mediator determine a course of action, and complete the job that has been left unfinished Unfortunately, we cannot force [redacted] to participate in the processTell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:They did not offer anything with me to the Revdex.com, I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com Also, they completed my downstairs flooring with many many mistakes that I have given them way more chances than allowed to come in and fix If they have no shows and come back into my house times to fix the issues with the downstairs and they can't even do THAT, why in the WORLD would I even want them to start on the next task of putting floors in my upstairs bathroom? No thanks I was advised by my insurance adjuster, other flooring companies, and general contractor to not let them start a new project I am not obligated to have to allow Carpet Wise to start with my bathroom since we have not paid any monies down towards it If they claim that it's still waiting insurance approval....OK.Carpet Wise was NOT barred from coming in to inspect their errors and incompetent work On January 18th I told them that they can come in on Tuesday January 25th to assess the damages They had plenty of time to accept my offer I even sent several emails asking them over and over if they were going to be here on that Tuesday They never answered Instead they decided to submit their paperwork to an attorney...LOL I contacted their attorney on Wednesday the 26th and he still has not contacted me back Real professional Please just refund my money.
