He quoted me 11,999 for the tier of countertops and cabinets I picked out. He measured kitchen and schedule me to come to their Glendale location.

After spending over an hour looking at materials in Glendale- Haig sat me down for pricing and scheduling. He dropped the bomb that my size kitchen would be 19,500 because the 11,999 was for a 9x10. He didn't feel inclined to mention this when he took measurements and before I trekked to Glendale. It was very sneaky. I further pressed him in that our kitchen is not 9x10 and he said they use "linear inches". This is more deceit because the average prudent person take 9x10 to be in square feet.

Feel very dissatisfied and frustrated that a business uses deception to get customers.
