window seal that was to small. The installer showed her the material and did the best job he could. This particular glass tile which was again purchased from another store is 1/8 inch thick does not have trim pieces. We replace the tile marble with granite from our store and did not charge he for it. She didn't like the look of the grout to wall transition so we offered to trim it out with wood.(they don't make bull nose for this glass. Wood window seals are common in every home and is very normal. The problem we have is that the box stores don't educate there staff and as a result this is the outcome. There is a reason why the material is cheap. The installer is very professional and has never had a complaint on his workmanship. I'am more then happy to look again and am sorry for her frustration but but at this point I don't know if there is anything I can do to make her happy. If she is not happy we can refund her money.
