Customer called about a week ago to say he was close by and said he was bringing back a toiletit was about minutes until when we close and said he was close to the storeI then waited until minutes after and customer never showed upHe then showed up with item on the 29th of September
with the carton totally destroyed and wanted a full refund and there is no way we could sell that item for even half price in that conditionhe was asked to leave and never return not because of return policy but because customer started cussing and called the store manager a ***We do not tolerate that kind of behavior and language in our storeAlso we are taking a loss because of the condition of the item returned and given a partial refund
