With the heavy rain fall that fell last Tuesday, I got water in my basement I called Carpet Pro Cleaning & Restoration and Kurt came first thing Wednesday morning and vacuumed up the water, pull carpet back put fans on to help dry out the carpet He then came back the following evening and stretched the carpet back in place He did an awesome job and I would recommend Carpet Pro Cleaning and Restoration Very polite, friendly and caring person

I have used the two larger carpet cleaning services(which start with S) in the Des Moines area I was disappointed always Two neighbors suggested I try Carpet Pro I called and asked when I could get an appointment figuring from past experience with others it would be weeks at the earliest *** told me tomorrow which shocked me and I said no that's too early can I get weeks from today and he said sure what time of the day The day of the cleaning the truck was here right on time and *** the owner was one of the men They worked fast and my carpet was clleaned in minutes The stains were out from my grandkids and pets and the animal smell was gone I never saw steam rise up out of any of the competitors equipment like Carpet Pro I could have had a facial The carpet was only damp when they left and my carpet was back to it' naturally color It took less than a day for the carpet to be dry and the room to be back to normal There was no crusty feel from residue on the carpetsI have already told my neighbors thanks and I have called my daughter to recommend Carpet Pro I will only call Carpet Pro in the future because I would be nuts not too I'm really really impressed with service Trust me this is the place to go for carpet cleaning Thanks *** and cleaning partner!
