Carpet Masters Carpet Cleaning

Review: Hired to clean upholstery of 6 dining room chairs and one bench for $79. They came on 8/**, used some machine, but when finished, I said the dirt is still there. I was told that it would disappear as the fabric dried. Before I paid by check #[redacted], I asked for a receipt. He didn't have one. I demanded one by e-mail and received it. Two days later, the fabric was dry and the dirt was still there. I called and was told they would return on 8/**. They didn't show up. They had cashed my check so I couldn't stop payment. I called several times after that and left messages. I haven't heard from them since.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either do the job correctly or refund my money.
