After hearing of product warranty issues, Carpet in Motion contacted the product manufacturer representative as is custom with such complaints Since this is a product complaint, the representative requested samples of the carpet in question to send to a non-bias third party to evaluate product concerns Since, a third party is performing the testing to determine if carpet is performing up to manufacture standards, Carpet in Motion is not in control of the time line to receive results In the best interest of the client, Carpet in Motion has contacted the manufacture company, again, in order to find a resolution to warranty concerns Carpet in Motion cannot inform the customer of the results of the evaluation, until it is resolved and we, ourselves, are informed We are working diligently with the manufacture company to address concerns brought by the customer
The issues that were brought to Carpet in Motion's attention, were that of a product issue We contacted that carpet manufacturer and had a representative consult on the issue, as is customary with warranty complaints Once the carpet is placed under a warranty complaint, the
representative requested a sample of carpet in question to be sent to a third non-bias party for evaluation Because this is done by a third party, timing is not in our hands We as a company have no control over how quickly the company gets a result regarding the claim Until we are notified by the carpet manufacturer of the results, we cannot inform the customer of acceptance or denial of their claimOnce a conclusion has been received by Carpet in Motion, we can relay that information to the client Until then, unfortunately, we cannot let the customer know if their product is or is not performing in accordance to manufacture expectations

I am rejecting this response because: I purchased it from Carpet in Motion, I'm a bit surprised they are washing their hands of it. If you had a problem with your car, you take it to the dealer, not the manufacturer.

This complaint has once again been directed to the carpet manufacturer in question. Carpet in Motion and the carpet manufacturer have decided that it is in the best interest of the client that the manufacturer works directly with the client, instead of through Carpet in motion to ensure that there are minimal communication errors.
