Charged 400.00 dollars more after measuring room. Said it required a seem but as it turned out it did not need a seem. Will not refund the extra 400.00 they charged.
If there is a rating higher than 5 stars, that's what I would have rated Carpet Galleria. This is how I will describe the owner Tony: accountable, responsible, honest and very caring! I've done a lot of other house remodelling projects. My experience with Tony and Vic is now on the top of my list. I have never dealt with anybody else who was as sincere and responsive as Tony and Vic. They only had one main objective: customer satisfaction. And with the type of service and quality of materials and workmanship that they provided, saying that both me and my wife were highly satisfied is an understatement! From day 1 when the project started, the attention that Tony and Vic provided made sure that we are getting the best customer experience ever. The project was done as promised, and on time. I couldn't ask for more. For those of you who are thinking of redoing their flooring, I have one recommendation, Carpet Galleria! Come and see my new flooring, I'm just in Westlake, see for yourself.
Review: They told us they would deliver the Carpet to our house and deliver before Christmas. Then they called us and said it would cost us for them to deliver which I was told would be included in the price. I spent 15 minutes arguing with him and he just over talked me so I hung up on him. You can not fix stupid. We gave them a $400 deposit. We do not appreciate being lied too. In their store it says they are a Revdex.com member which I understand is another lie. I canceled my order and expect a refund of my $400 which I do not expect to receive.Desired Settlement: Refund my deposit.

Review: In 2012 I purchased a new carpet from the above business and have had nothing but problems . I paid about $2500.00 for a low berbur carpet because I would soon undergo a hip replacement surgery . during the installation my new $350.00 remote control ceiling fan was broken due to the carelessness of the installers . Of course I immediately reported the broken fan to the above business. Rick the agent / salesman promised it would be replaced . Then they broke the whole doorknob off of my pantry door . Again I reported to Rick the salesman , I got another promise to replace . Upon inspection of my brand new installed carpet I found several seems not totally glued down . As I was concerned about tripping over these seems I again complained . But this complaint brought no recompence.. as it stands my carpet is unraveled In many areas through out my home .Today I again received a visit from the above company Installers , no repairs were made . I told them I would report the company to the Revdex.com. And I did .. I had the worse experience as a consumer I would have ever imagined .Thank You [redacted]Desired Settlement: repair or replace broken fan , door nob and carpet ....
