we've gone out and repaired the damage from her dogs urinating on the floor checked it with ultraviolet light to confirm it was urineat that time the floor was repaired and the customer was alerted to the fact that pools of urine that were not
cleaned up would ruin their floorI'm sure if they come in we could put the money thieve all ready spent to replace it with a floor that could handle pools of urine setting on it
so I'm surprised to see this because they are all aware of this problem and is not something that we've done

The dogs have also urinated on the laminate floor in the living room and dining area and have no damageMy parents always cleaned up the urine and have since the dogs have passed *** I feel the work done was very bad and have also heard other people complain about the laminate flooring carpet corral has doneThank you, *** ***

I would also like to say the dogs only weighed a pound and half eachI also have pictures, the little doggies could not have caused the horrible damage throughout the whole floorThank you again, I pray that *** *** have a heart and replace this floor for my parentsBlessings, ***

The installer installed most of the carpet, put two holes in the wall, left carpet resting up the wall, and left areas untacked downDidn't clean areas up, left carpet shreds everywhere, nails, and staples all over the house
