Yesterday,
July 14, 2015, *** met with the installer at the job site and saw that the transitions were made secure.
Every time we were made aware of this problem, we contacted the subcontractor for this repair and was told it would be taken care of
Due to the flooding in Louisville these past months, the subcontractors have been over whelmed and over loaded with work. This repair had to be scheduled around the customers work schedule and sadly ended up on the back burner
We are sorry we were not able to find someone to take care of this problem earlier but it has now been resolved to the customers satisfaction. The customer says she will make you aware of this
