Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
# The tile in master room was $per square, the tile in 2nd bathroom was $per squarethe price increased was told just for buffer in case the material change and by the end of project we should have money refund
# (C) we took vacation from 5/to 5/for one week, it took day to end this remolding, Job started at 2/25, scheduled for weeks to completed, he blame us for taking vacation in May? (D) repair of master bath tile that is due to reset those uneven tiles he did, what is industry standard? uneven tiles through out the bathroom? as of today, still have uneven tiles on the floor and show wallthat is why we are not satisfied
# 3 He did not complete the repair damage made by glass Subcontractor because he said he will do nothing, if he collect collateral damage he should repair or give us the money to find someone is more qualify to do the job
# Customer will 100% satisfied when contractor made mistake just admit the wrong doing and fixed
