Carotrans International

I Do not recommend anyone to do business with them, they recommend me to pay them through another party, its name is Paycargo which has not processed my payment for two weeks and they barely respond to phone calls or emails. Suddenly I found that I had to pay $ 900 to the warehouse because Paycargo has not approved my online payment.
It was my first time to deal with Carotrans and it will be my last time to do.

I am complaining about a house hold shipment from Kuwait.
I think that Carotrans drop the ball on my shipment by not having the right Info
for process.I have complied with everything that they have requested from me .I E Power of Attorney
The shipment went from Kuwait to NJ to Chalreston S C .Now for a nine Box shipment that was less than $1000
dollars they want me to pay a $4000 dollar storage fee to receive my shippment. I do have e-mail traffic from the two
brokers stating that info was not enough to pick up goods. I have drove to Charleston S C from GA to the ternm
ial with know luck. I do not still have proper documents even if I could come up with $4000 dolars
