neighborhood where our business operates. As per our company policy staff have the right to refuse service to customers who engage in offensive language and swearing, unwanted abusive remarks of a sexual nature, racist, sexist homophobic remarks etc. The customer seems to have crossed the line many times and his situation was discussed at a management meeting, as per policy. It was agreed that he be denied service.

His comment that he was not responded to in a timely manner is not entirely correct. He was denied service on Tuesday October 25th, and I had email correspondence with him on the 27th.
This customer has threatened to complain to the Revdex.com (which he has done) and to the [redacted]. He has suggested he will set up a website to advertise his poor treatment, and also [redacted] against us, to contact the media regarding this matter. I have contacted our legal advisor, who, having some knowledge of this individual already, completely agrees with our position to deny service.
If you would like specifics of the offensive remarks and behavior this individual has demonstrated I will supply them. I don't know if this is appropriate at this time and with the Revdex.com.
