Carol's Tree Service

Review: Carol's Tree Service quoted a price of $300 to cut down a tree on my property and $100 to grind stump and stated they would need to be paid on the day of service. Carol's tree service cut down tree approximately ONE YEAR ago but has not returned to grind stump despite being paid ($400 in total for job) and numerous phone calls to the owner. Each phone call Lowell promises to come the next day and do work but never shows up.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $100 for the work that was not done.
