The worst experience I have ever had with any dentist! After my son had his first exam we were taken to a room where his treatment plan was explained to us, seemed like the sales office at a used car lotWe made his first appointment which was about weeks away and they wanted full payment on the spotI explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable paying for a service that I hadn't received yet so they allowed me to make the appointment anywayWhen we arrived at the appointment the first words from the receptionist was "so how would you like to pay today", even though we hadn't received service yetSo I paid and told the receptionist that after the appointment I would like my son's records because we would be going elsewhere for the rest of his dental careSo my son was taken in for his appointment which was scheduled for hours, I left and got a call from Dr *** (who was supposed to be treating my son) about minutes later, he wanted to discuss my dis-satisfaction with paying before services are renderedHis explanation was that "when you book a flight you pay at the time of booking" and said that he wouldn't be treating my son so I could come back, pick him up and get a refundDr *** told my son that " I won't be operating on you today because your father cancelled your appointment"Money oriented with integrity issues to boot and I will never go there again!
The worst experience I have ever had with any dentist! After my son had his first exam we were taken to a room where his treatment plan was explained to us, seemed like the sales office at a used car lot. We made his first appointment which was about 3 weeks away and they wanted full payment on the spot. I explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable paying for a service that I hadn't received yet so they allowed me to make the appointment anyway. When we arrived at the appointment the first words from the receptionist was "so how would you like to pay today", even though we hadn't received service yet. So I paid and told the receptionist that after the appointment I would like my son's records because we would be going elsewhere for the rest of his dental care. So my son was taken in for his appointment which was scheduled for 3 hours, I left and got a call from Dr [redacted] (who was supposed to be treating my son) about 20 minutes later, he wanted to discuss my dis-satisfaction with paying before services are rendered. His explanation was that "when you book a flight you pay at the time of booking" and said that he wouldn't be treating my son so I could come back, pick him up and get a refund. Dr [redacted] told my son that " I won't be operating on you today because your father cancelled your appointment". Money oriented with integrity issues to boot and I will never go there again!","neg-1
