Took my car to have radiator replaced after $305 and after it was replaced & I left the battery died and battery light came on in car.Took [redacted] to have radiator replaced after $305 quote and was told that it would only take an hour and it ended up taking almost four hours. After finally getting car back and paying for repairs my battery light came on when I started driving my car. Then I returned car to Carolina Tire and they said the alternator was draining the battery. The alternator was fine before they worked on my car and I had even gotten a quote from a competitor [redacted] and they said my alternator and starter was fine and told me what repairs car needed. So after asking them what did they do to my car, Carolina Tire said it must have been a bad alternator and I told them I had no problems until they worked on the car. They refused to fix what they damaged. So I had to have car towed somewhere else and have repairs done at a more reputable place.Desired SettlementI would like reimbursement for the towing service and for having repairs done to my car as far as replacing the alternator and battery and any other work that may have to be done as a result of their replacing my radiator. I don't trust Carolina Tire to do anymore repair work on my vehicle.

I went to the business to get 4 used tires and while they was taking off my old tires they broke two of my wheel studs and striped two.While I was there the guy told me that he could fix it for $25 label plus the price of the part. I spoke with the owner and he said that they wasn't responsibility for the damage and that he have a sign posted that we was never shown.I had to pay someone else to fix the studs and I would like for the to replace my money back.Desired SettlementI just want the to pay me what it cost to repair the damage and for parts.
