Hello,I spoke with you this morning via phone about case number [redacted] I wanted to respond to the complaint formed by " [redacted] ***".The customers actual name is [redacted] ***, I'm not sure why she felt inclined to give a name, but that seems to fit the inconsistencies/oddities of what has occurred between herself and MBK over the last month or so [redacted] made a variety of complaints, but the main complaint to you seemed to be that we over charged her and wants to be refunded $(the total price of her bill)She says we charged her for top shelf product and didn't want that and that we wouldn't change itIf you check her [redacted] review, she directly contradicts herself and states that she was given *** [redacted] is our bottom shelf vodka, priced at $+ taxShe is also confused in saying she was charged for drinks she didn't haveWe ring our customers for basic shooters/shots as the main ingredient priceSo, for example, she ordered a kamikazeshotWe didn't have a button in our system so we charge her just for the price of the vodka that is in itShe actually saves money that way, because for shooters that are in our system they're generally a dollar or two higher depending on the additional ingredientsShe also made complaints about our outdoor bar being closedAgain, in her other reviews she says it started raining and we closed the barWe do not force our staff to stand in the rain, and had other bars indoors available to our customersI spoke with [redacted] a month ago and offered to meet with her in person to discuss issues that she has with our businessShe refused and told me I need to learn how to take criticismHer friends that evening apologized to us for her behaviorHer boyfriend has apologized to us since then and gone as far as to let us know he was going to try and get her to stopIt's starting to feel like harassmentI request that you keep us in the loop on how you decide to proceed with this caseWe take our reputation (which is quite good) seriously, but this customer has a history of being belligerent to businesses she doesn't like (and continues to return to despite the negative feelings)We have received numerous emails from her, about [redacted] reviews, and now this [redacted] forced her to remove of the because they were able to see how unnecessary this all was and we hope you will tooPlease let me know if you'd like additional informationThis email was a brief summary, but has been an ongoing problemShe is no longer welcome in our establishment as to avoid a continuation of this kind of problemThank you,Sam
Hello,I spoke with you this morning via phone about case number [redacted]. I wanted to respond to the complaint formed by "[redacted]".The customers actual name is [redacted], I'm not sure why she felt inclined to give a false name, but that seems to fit the inconsistencies/oddities of what has...
occurred between herself and MBK over the last month or so. [redacted] made a variety of complaints, but the main complaint to you seemed to be that we over charged her and wants to be refunded $35 (the total price of her bill). She says we charged her for top shelf product and didn't want that and that we wouldn't change it. If you check her [redacted] review, she directly contradicts herself and states that she was given [redacted] is our bottom shelf vodka, priced at $7 + tax. She is also confused in saying she was charged for drinks she didn't have. We ring our customers for basic shooters/shots as the main ingredient price. So, for example, she ordered a kamikaze. shot. We didn't have a button in our system so we charge her just for the price of the vodka that is in it. She actually saves money that way, because for shooters that are in our system they're generally a dollar or two higher depending on the additional ingredients. She also made complaints about our outdoor bar being closed. Again, in her other reviews she says it started raining and we closed the bar. We do not force our staff to stand in the rain, and had 2 other bars indoors available to our customers. I spoke with [redacted] a month ago and offered to meet with her in person to discuss issues that she has with our business. She refused and told me I need to learn how to take criticism. Her friends that evening apologized to us for her behavior. Her boyfriend has apologized to us since then and gone as far as to let us know he was going to try and get her to stop. It's starting to feel like harassment. I request that you keep us in the loop on how you decide to proceed with this case. We take our reputation (which is quite good) seriously, but this customer has a history of being belligerent to businesses she doesn't like (and continues to return to despite the negative feelings). We have received numerous emails from her, about 7 [redacted] reviews, and now this. [redacted] forced her to remove 5 of the 7 because they were able to see how unnecessary this all was and we hope you will too. Please let me know if you'd like additional information. This email was a brief summary, but has been an ongoing problem. She is no longer welcome in our establishment as to avoid a continuation of this kind of problem. Thank you,Sam
