Driving back to WF from ***, I suddenly heard a loud thumping sound As it happens, I was approaching Carolina Repair Center I pulled in to try and figure out what was wrong Even though it was late in the day, two gentlemen happened to still be working there and came out to see if they could help--offered to ride with me to hear what I described and took a quick look They thought it might be drive shaft or transmission I left car and was told they would call in morning once they looked underneath As suspected, it was the drive shaft CRC provided excellent service and went out of the way to help me--I appreciate how helpful they were and the quick turn-around time, and the cost of service was very reasonable as well I plan to return for regular maintenance Perfect timing as I had been considering switching auto service companies
