Our experience with Dan J and Chari M was less than stellar. We were often left in the dark and felt as though we had to pull information from them. After calling the office to complain about our lack of service we never received a call back. Once we finally received an offer on our house it was apparent our agent was more interested in making sure the buyers were satisfied than we were. Not once did she suggest we try to negotiate with the buyers. There was no agent presence at our closing and no congratulations.
