In October I requested billing statements for visits my daughter had with this dr. I received a print out dated 10/23/13 that showed a $47.36 credit to my account. From what the statements show this has been on the books since 9/7/10! I contacted them numerous times and was told that the dr had to look into what the credit was for. The last time I contacted them 3 weeks ago I was told a check would be sent to me. I have not heard from them since.Desired Settlement$47.36Business Response We have spoken to Mrs. [redacted] in regards to this matter. We also sent her a letter and statement that showed she owed us money. Due to the confusion however we wrote off the amount owed to us. We have heard nothing further from Mrs. [redacted]. I am sorry about the late notice but our system has been down.
