I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
In speaking with [redacted] Corporate they suggest I take my saw to a different [redacted] Dealer. The saw was brand new. Only I have mixed my own gas and would not destroy my own saws from improperly mixed gas. I've owned and still own [redacted] saws that are years old and never had the problem I did with this brand new saw. I use my saws to make a living and it is a shame this company won't stand behind their own warranty. I can't keep buying disposable saws and will never buy again from this company. I will take my business elsewhere, as suggested by [redacted] Corporate!

[redacted] did bring his saw for us to repair, after inspection it was very clear that this saw had been run with either no oil or a very low mixture of oil. [redacted] will not allow us to warranty any piece of equipment that has burn marks on the piston like this one had. We spoke with our...
[redacted] rep and he agreed with our decision. We have been a [redacted] dealer for over 15 years and have one of only a few [redacted] Elite Techs in this area. While we are very sorry for the problem [redacted] saw, we do not believe that it was a fault of the product. Thanks[redacted]
