We requested an estimate for some work to our backyard. They did not show up for the first scheduled time to meet and offered little appology for not even calling. Upon their arrival one of their first questions was budget and who else we received estimates from. I was up front about wanting to make our dollar stretch and being ok with doing work in stages if necessary. Our all in budget was ~5-6K. They then proceeded to inform me that they did not even want to estimate the work as it was not worth their time for anything less than 10K. Which was almost double what another estimate we received was. Although I appreciate the honesty regarding their lack of desire for the project I would have appreciated them not wasting my time once much less twice. Bottom line is they are not willing to work with customers on a budget to develop a cost effective plan to address landscape needs. Don't waste your time.","neg-1

Fails to respond to requests for replacement of perennial plants. I hired Carolina Landscapes, owned by [redacted], to landscape the front of my property with perennial plants. Of the 60 plants that were planted last year, 10 plants did not survive to bloom this year. Calls and emails via the Carolina Landscape webpage requesting plant replacements were ignored.Desired SettlementReplace all dead perennial plants.
