Having to get a new roof sucks!! I googled roofers and found Carolina home specialists. Really glad I did. They were very professional and personable and did a phenomenal job. They kept in contact with me and when I needed an extra repair - they let me know beforehand. All mess was cleared away and they worked with my schedule to get me a new roof quickly. I never felt coerced or talked down to, and as someone who knows nothing about home repair this was very important. They explained everything every step of the way. Home repair sucks, but when it’s necessary, I would absolutely recommend this company!

After receiving several quotes for a new roof I was left feeling disheartened and worried. My roof was failing. It had leaked previously and needed rotten facia and soffit repaired in several areas. My last call for an estimate was to Carolina Home Specialists. I should have called CHS first. Sales Consultant Brad M from CHS came to my house not once but twice to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. Brad explained all repairs that were needed and how the repairs should carried out. Brad was an answer to my prayers. Brad was honest, kind and reputable. I asked Brad could he be here while the work was being done. He said "Yes, I will be here." And although my job was rescheduled for Thanksgiving week ( & Brad's vacation time off) Brad was here for the entire time-2 days. Not only did all the roof work get completed exactly as Brad said it would be done but Brad also generously made repairs to my damaged front porch. He also helped me with an exposed gutter drain pipe. Brad was truly a Godsend. I will definitely call Brad M at Carolina Home Specialists for all my future home repairs. Sincerely, ***, Homeowner

The price was very reasonable. We were very pleased. Tim even came out a second time to check the roof when we thought we might have a problem. We recently had them replace our roof on our church, an old industrial building. They did a great job. We had a few problems due to heavy rains or hurricanes and they were quick to respond and come back out. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Carolina Home Specialists. We had just moved in to our house and discovered a leak above our bay windows. We called a few contractors, but Carolina Home Specialists agreed to come sooner than any of the others. They looked at the damage inside the house, fixed the leak quickly, showed us their work both on the side of the house and in photos showing inside the windows and flashing. They also did the work for less than what they estimated. We would definitely use this company for future work.
