While the installation that was done was great..........the office staff and sales man, Mike, leave a lot to be desired No one knew what was going on and when I contacted the salesman, he apologized about all the confusion and said he would look into what happened Well, I never heard from him! Not even a phone call to see if the final work was completed and I was happyAfter all the money I spent! I would NOT recommend this company!

I recently hired Carolina Home Exteriors to install a Pergol along with a Solar Screen on my patio. First let me say I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of this project. Not only was the work done professionally and in a timely fashion I was very much impressed with the dedication of satisfaction shown to me by all the employees.
